Localizations Process Current State VOC Survey

Hello!

You are invited to participate in our survey on the Localizations Process Current State. In this survey, approximately 140 people who touch the Localizations Process and/or its outputs (Project Managers, ICRs, Artwork Specialists, Vendors, Packaging Engineering, and other people who contribute to the process) will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their experiences with the current Localizations Process. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is a critical part of our understanding what areas, if any, require improvement.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

In taking this survey, please give careful consideration to what you need from the Localizations Process. This is your chance to help redefine the process to better meet your needs.

One note – you may have recently been asked to complete a similar survey for a review of the whole Artwork Process for Digital Solutions only. Please be aware that these two exercises are entirely separate. Our survey is specifically focused on the Localizations Process piece and it is for both LifeScan and Digital Solutions. This distinction is important to ensure that the responses gathered are representative of experiences solely with the Localizations Process across platforms. The Localizations Process starts with the Artwork Specialist running a report to see which localized values need to be reviewed, and it ends with all changed values being updated/approved in the Localization database after the artwork rounds are completed. Everything else in the overall Artwork Process is out with the scope of our project.
