Lummi College and Career Readiness

As a part of the Che Shesh Whe Weleq Initiative the Lummi Task Force team is focused on learning what it takes to prepare our youth for college and a career after high school. To better understand the community we serve we are conducting a survey to help us plan for improvement of our programs. We value your input and want to hear your thoughts. Please be as honest as possible in answering these questions.

This survey is completely anonymous and will take about five (5) minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary. Completion of the survey will indicate you have consented to participate. You may refuse to take the survey without penalty. You are also free to not answer any question, without penalty.
