MCYC Camper

Hello: You are invited to participate in our 2016 MCYC Camper survey. Approximately 350 people will be asked to complete the survey that asks questions about their week at an MCYC Camp. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. We want to encourage as many people as possible to experience MCYC next year. To help with our planning, we would be very grateful if you could tell us about your own experience this Summer. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
