Protection of Citizens' Constitutional Rights

Congress shall pass no law denying any citizen their constitutional rights, including legal detention without presentation of allegations, access to legal counsel, nor transfer their case to a military tribunal, without due process.

Increase Rural Representation

Article I, Section 2, third paragraph of this Constitution states that “The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative.” If passed, this amendment strikes”at Least one Representative”, and inserts in its place “a minimum of 5 Representatives.”

States Determine Drinking Age

Congress shall pass no law that forbids states from regulating the legal drinking age of alcoholic beverages. Henceforth, only the States shall have exclusive power to regulate the drinking age of alcohol

Congressional Authorization for Use of Force

If the President acts in good faith and deploys United States troops into a foreign nation, Congress, by a majority vote in each chamber, may either declare war or veto the President’s decision within 30 days of the introduction of such troops. In the latter, the President must withdraw the troops immediately.
In the event that congress is not in active session, an emergency session shall be called. If the congress does not act within 30 days, the President may deploy troops to foreign nations without their consent. If the United States is required by existing laws, statutes, treaties, or agreements with foreign powers to deploy troops or other military assets, the President shall not need the consent of Congress to deploy troops.
