In this section of the study you will be asked to complete a survey regarding your feelings/attitudes towards organ donation. It will take approximately X minutes to complete the questionnaire. We estimate that around 100 people will participate in this study.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the study at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
