Dear Ladies/Gentlemen,

I would like to invite you to participate in a study which conducted by a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Department in the University of Houston-Clear Lake. If you decide to participate, you will be provided a survey which aims of measuring attitudes and organizational climate. It will only take 5 minutes to complete. There are some questions that you might have never seen/thought of before. Just take your time and pick the answer that is closest to your views/attitudes. And I'm sure you will have great fun by answering these brainstorming questions!

There is no anticipated risk for participants. However, you can decide to end your participation at any time, or not to answer certain questions. In order to keep participant’s privacy and data secure, the researcher will encrypt all data collected which ensures that only the researcher can access to research data. After the study has been completed, the researcher will continue to keep all the data encrypted and won’t disclose any identifiable information to any individual or party without participants’ authorization. Using this approach the research can make sure that anyone outside the organization will not be able to identify participants/organizations based on any public documents related to survey results. To participate in this study, you must be 18 years old or older and currently work more than 20 hours each week.

If you want to complete the survey, please click "continue" at the bottom through the next page. If you prefer not to participate, do not hit the "continue" button and simple close this browser window.

For any questions regarding this survey/research study, please feel free to contact the researcher Ying Li through email [email protected].

Thank you so much for your supports!
