Hello: You are invited to participate in our survey regarding OSU-Tulsa/CHS Training and Development Plan. In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Training for your Team. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

True Colors is a fun and dynamic team building workshop that explores personality differences. True Colors will help team members to understand the behaviors and motivations of others relative to our own personalities as well as help mitigate potential conflict by learning to recognize personality differences, characteristics and attributes. Strengths Finder is designed to help people uncover their talents. All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. To help people uncover their talents, Gallup developed an online assessment, StrengthsFinder 2.0. The Strengths Finder course will utilize the data discovered in the assessment and focus on how individuals in your department can benefit from collaboration and developing individual strengths. A Low Ropes course is a challenging indoor or outdoor personal development and team building activity which consists of low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. This activity helps strengthen relationships and builds trust in the department. |

A Conference is an opportunity to offer professional development to the employees at OSU in Tulsa. It can be a full day or a half day; it can have one, two or as many as five sessions and usually has a theme that pulls it all together. A box lunch is offered for participants as well. It is often offered two different days with one mirroring the other to make it available for everybody. Participants need their supervisor's approval to participate in the conference and are not required to attend all day, nor are they expected to attend both days. |
