You are invited to participate in our survey regarding OSU-Tulsa/CHS Training and Development Plan. In this survey, approximately 100  people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Training for your Team. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

A Conference is an opportunity to offer professional development to the employees at OSU in Tulsa. It can be a full day or a half day; it can have one, two or as many as five sessions and usually has a theme that pulls it all together. A box lunch is offered for participants as well. It is often offered two different days with one mirroring the other to make it available for everybody. Participants need their supervisor's approval to participate in the conference and are not required to attend all day, nor are they expected to attend both days.
