Hello: You are invited to participate in our study on maintaining hope during challenges.

In this study, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a questionnaire about their experience with adversity. Our goal is to identify how we as human beings most successfully maintain hope with adversity and skills that are key to success.

It will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.

We also invite you to provide your email if you are willing to consider participation in followup interviews or assessments. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the study at any point.

We want to hear your story. All of you are the reason for this study.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Rachel Cannon by email at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
