Hello:

Webster Pacific, on behalf of the Linked Learning and pathway education community, is conducting a survey of districts and schools in California to better understand the adoption of career-based learning in middle and high schools. You have been selected to participate in this survey. To encourage participation, the first 100 people to complete the survey will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card. The survey should require 10 minutes or less to complete.

If you work in a district, we ask that you also forward the survey to schools or pathway leaders that have implemented or are considering implementation of career-based programs. Those participants will also be eligible to receive a Starbucks gift card if they are among the first 100 to complete the survey.

Your responses will be kept confidential and individual names will not be associated with their responses. The compiled results will be shared with stakeholders.
