Welcome to the Caisse d’Epargne gender equality survey. This survey has been created in an attempt to understand the perceptions of gender (in)equality within our workplace. Several employees will undertake training on gender equality at work, so this questionnaire will help in assessing the impact of said training. It should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers will remain confidential and used only for the private purposes of Caisse d’Epargne.

The following questions represent perceived differences between men and women, with regards to their abilities, and their traditional roles.
