You are invited to participate in our survey on the Periodic Assessment. In this survey, the English Department will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the Periodic Assessments. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The purpose for this survey is to ascertain the effectiveness of the Periodic Assessment for classroom teaching.
