I am a student of Master Course in The University of Tokyo, and I am conducting a study examining creative ideas of use of data to solve problems.
You are invited to participate in task-oriented questionnaire, where you will be asked to provide your ideas of use of data to solve given problems. The questionnaire might take about 20 minutes to be done.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your personal information will be coded and will remain confidential. The questionnaire is divided in three parts:
1) Creative use of data, where you will be asked to associate action verbs to given data.
2) Utility proposition, where you will asked to address the actions you provided in the part 1 to given requirements.
3) Proposition evaluation, where you will be asked to evaluate the propositions of part 2, according to given criteria.
In the end, you will be asked to provide personal information (optional)

In part 1 (question 1 to 3), each question presents a dataset with an outline description and list of names of variable data that it contains.
Please, read the description and list, write a list actions that you can do by using the data.

DATASET 01 - Large cities of the world, including country names

Dataset outline:
The dataset provide information about the number of population, growth rate, food supply, utilities access and etc. of the most largest cities in the world.

Names of variable data contained:
Area, City, Country, Electricity access, Food supply, Growth rate, Number of vehicles owned, Phone access, Population in 80 90 00, Water access.

DATASET 02 - Violence against women worldwide by region

Dataset outline:
This data describes the prevalence of violence against women. It divides prevalence into violence by an intimate partner and by a non-partner. This data is given for women from the different Global Burden of Disease regions, as classified by the 2010 World Health Organization study.

Names of variable data contained:
region, prevalence of intimate partner violence, prevalence of non-partner violence

DATASET 03 - CO2 emissions avoided through use of nuclear energy

Dataset outline:
This data-set provides generating of electricity by nuclear and contribution of emissions avoided through use of nuclear electricity in 2015.

Names of variable data contained:
country, total net electrical capacity, nuclear supplied electricity, emissions avoided through use of nuclear electricity

DATASET 04 - Trend of nuclear power developing

Dataset outline:
The dataset provides the the nuclear power in opreation and plan for several countries.

Names of variable data contained:
country name, nuclear power, time, in operation, in plan, in decommission
