Dear All,

At Ericsson, we face increasing pressure to change and execute on our strategies. However, managing change is difficult and as a result, we need to strengthen our change, strategy execution and operational excellence capabilities.

The first step in improving our capabilities is to understand how they are spread across the organization. We have therefore launched an effort to create this overview.
