Thank you for everything you did to help make Forza Motorsport 5 one of the top games for Xbox One. We successfully delivered a high quality game at the launch of a brand new platform. This is an incredible challenge and we succeeded.

While we successfully delivered the game on-time, it's important to look back at the full cycle and reflect on things that may need to be changed, or continued, moving forward. We recognize that this was a difficult cycle in a number of ways and look forward to making meaningful changes to our process that will allow us to become even more successful in the future.

The results of this survey will help shape post mortem conversations that should happen in January after we've had a chance to breath. Consider this survey an opportunity to seed our discussions in January.

This process can only be effective if people are willing to participate. I encourage everyone to fill out this simple anonymous survey with as much, or as little detail as they want. 100% honesty is always appreciated.
