Administrators: The purpose of this survey is to obtain your opinion of Miguel's customer service skills. I have been coaching Miguel in the new Pomona Standards of Practice and ways to enhance his customer skills. He has sincerely been receptive to my support and guidance and now we would like to determine the extent to which his customer service skills have been expanded. We developed this survey to assess some of the major skills we have addressed. With this in mind, we would appreciate you completing this survey for Miguel within the next two weeks.
