You are invited to participate in "Product Innovation Management Survey". 

Basically, the objective of this survey is to identify our strengths and areas for improvement with regard to product innovation management. Hence, it is our expectation that this survey may reflects to our innovation process in order to develop and deploy new products more efficiently, effectively and profitably. 

In this survey, 34 respondents in Innovation and Technology Department are required to complete a survey.
The questionnaire consists of 5 sections and each section has 10 questions. It will take at most 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and not be identified as an individual. All responses will be analyzed as a group and presented to our superiors.
