The purpose of the enclosed survey is to learn about programs in your school and your needs and challenges as a teacher. We would also like to find out about your interest and experiences with collaboration. Your feedback will be used to improving QFI's existing programs and creating new ones that will serve your needs.
The survey should only take about 15-20 minutes of your time. Your answers are anonymous, and voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions you don’t want to.
