Oscar, a 24-year-old student from Sweden, took a personality test. The test resulted in the following description of Oscar's personality (please read carefully):

Oscar has a natural tendency to marshall and direct. This may be expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or with the insensitivity of a cult leader. Oscar requires little encouragement to make a plan.

People with Oscar's personality are often "larger than life" in describing their projects or proposals. This ability may be expressed as salesmanship, story-telling facility or stand-up comedy. In combination with the natural propensity for filibuster (i.e. to make a long speech in order to delay a decision), Oscar can make it very difficult for the customer to decline.

Oscar is decisive. He sees what needs to be done, and frequently assigns roles to his fellows. Few other personalities can equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and often leading the charge) into the mouth of hell. When challenged, Oscar may by reflex become argumentative. Alternatively he may unleash an icy gaze that serves notice: Oscar is not one to be trifled with.

Watch the video below, in which Oscar answers the question: "How do you spend your time?" Pay attention to details that are inconsistent with the description of Oscar's personality. It can be things that he says, how he says them, or anything that you can think of that does not match the personality description. In case you forgot, here is the personality description again:
