I feel very welcome here and I like the bond that I have with my colleagues. (Ako ay tanggap na tanggap dito at gusto ko ang "bond" na meron ako sa aking mga katrabaho.)
The compensation I’m getting is something that I won’t get elsewhere. (Ang sweldo na natatanggap ko dito ay mas mataas sa pwede ko makuha sa ibang hotel/kumpanya.)
I find fulfilment in the job that I’m doing and I feel my contributions are valued by the organization. (Nakakaramdam ako ng katuparan sa aking trabaho at ang aking ambag ay pinapahalagahan ng organisasyon.)
