Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Hylke Huys and I am a Belgian graduate student currently studying an MSc International Management at the University of Reading, Henley Business School. As part of the degree, I have to deliver a final coursework (a project), which relates to my degree.

Because of my personal interest in the cross-cultural and international business environment and the biopharma industry, I am providing a complete internal and external analysis for one of your suppliers, Kuecept. One of the areas consists out of a customer analysis, where your business’ opinion would provide a lot of research and resources for my project. The survey will be short, as I realise the value of time in your industry, and will be done completely anonymously. The main purpose is to research different views and preferences towards and from Kuecept, based on a different nationality of the client. This customer insight could even provide your firm a better customer service/satisfaction in the end.

Therefore, It would be highly appreciated if you would spend 10-15 minutes of your time filling in the questionnaire, which will contain on the one hand closed questions and on the other hand open ones.
