As the economy ebbs and flows, employers are constantly facing changes and challenges. An employer’s strength lie with its resources, but during tough economic times employees develop fears related to responsibilities, commitment from the employers, communication, and a myriad of other reasons. This survey is the culmination of my Master’s degree analyzing the root of employee fear during tough economic times vs. times of prosperity. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey.
