Well, we made a lot of changes to the Summer Conference this year.  Now we invite you to participate in a survey to tell us your thoughts. It will only take 3-5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation is completely voluntary, but it is very important for us to learn your opinions so we can address your needs.

We ask that each person over 5 who attended the conference send in a separate survey so each attendee has a voice!
