You are invited to participate in our survey to give us feed back on our new club, Club Teen. In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about our new club, Club Teen. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Club Teen is a fun club for teens from ages fouteen through eighteen. It allows teens to encounter new people and dance while having fun. Club Teen offers drinks, food,VIP rooms, and private parties. It is the best teen club in Demarest, New Jersey. Club Teen is a secure club made just for teens and does not allow alcohol. If you want to have fun, come to Club Teen.
