The Army needs an Electronic Warfare recruiting strategy.
The development of an Army Electronic Warfare recruiting strategy is a priority.
An Army Electronic Warfare recruiting strategy for 2015 and beyond will benefit the Electronic Warfare career field for Army Electronic Warfare officers, warrant officers, and enlisted Soldiers.
With a current Electronic Warfare recruiting strategy in place and implemented, there will be an increase in recruitment for Army Electronic Warfare professionals (officer, warrant, officers, and enlisted).
The Army Electronic Warfare community can meet its Army required authorizations (officer, warrant officer, enlisted Soldiers) with the current Electronic Warfare recruiting strategy.
