In order to review some of the work which was carried out in 2012 we are requesting all Retrak staff to take 15-20min to answer the following questions. Your responses will be really useful in helping us to understand how change happens at Retrak and how effective we are in our learning and development. Thank you for your help.

Your survey responses will be confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
