You are invited to participate in our survey of . In this survey, horse riders, like yourself, will be requested to complete a questionnaire that asks about your jumping experience, safety, and comfort. It will take approximately ten minutes to complete this survey.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. With your answers we hope to create a new product that can and will revolutionize the hunter jumper's safety and begin a new alternative to the obstacles and equipment used today.
