Hello, and thank you in advance for your participation in the Rural Professional Learning Network (RPLN) Technology Readiness Assessment. This survey will help identify needed resources and support.

The assessment will examine both technology infrastructure and connectivity (hardware/ software; networking; operating systems; devices), as well as areas related to technology planning, priorities, and challenges, technology resources, and technology culture.

This survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete, assuming you already have the Technology Tool Inventory Excel file completed for your district/school, and ready to upload. If there is information you still need to gather, you may also save your location in the survey and come back to complete it by clicking the “Save Page and Continue Later” button. Please see directions in the email sent to you for more details about saving your progress.

If you have questions about the RPLN Technology Readiness Assessment survey or the related procedures, please contact Heather Gomez at 510-808-2582 or at [email protected].

For all other questions related to RPLN, please contact the RPLN Project Manager, Amy Westberg, at 510-250-2546 or [email protected]. Thank you very much for your time and support.
