In this survey, approximately [Approximate Respondents] people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their satisfaction in the areas of management services, personal benchmarks, and quality of life. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Room for improvement; days till anyone calls me back, and repairs aren't done well enough the first time.
 
Poorly; management may take days until the issue is even addressed, and maintenance jobs are slipshod and hastily done.
