Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey in rating the Sergeants at SF State PD. In this survey, Corporals and Officers are encouraged to participate. You will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the Sergeants' ability to lead, mentor, and develop subordinate officers as well as meet Vice President Hong's and Interim Chief Parson's expectations for moving our department in the "Right Direction." You will be able to share your opinion in the Comment section of each topic. Please feel free to share their Strengths and Weaknesses or any other pertinent information to substantiate your rating. The system for rating will be from 1-5 with an option to include specific comments or examples. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
