As you know, we have contracted with Northstar to conduct a 4-month marketing and brand strategy project for us. As part of their work, they would like to learn from your thoughts on marketing activities and have developed a brief survey to capture a broad-based perspective of our marketing.
The purpose of this survey is to quickly gather input on ShelfGenie marketing activities from the entire franchisee universe. We need full participation for this to be most useful and therefore have kept the questions brief and to the point. This should only take about 10 minutes to complete ... unless your want to spend more time thinking (please)!
Your individual response is completely anonymous, unless you wish to offer your name at the end. If you have any questions, please contact us or Michael Sinclair (
[email protected]
) from Northstar.
Thank you,
Allan and Courtney
