The faculty shall conduct periodic evaluations of the Dean, the Director and the Associate Dean of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
The faculty meeting as a committee of the whole shall establish the criteria by which administrators are evaluated and the frequency of said evaluation. The Promotion and Tenure Committee shall name one of its members to conduct the evaluations. The Promotion and Tenure Committee from time to time shall review the criteria and the frequency of such evaluations.
The final reports of these evaluations will be confidential and distributed only to 1) the administrator being evaluated; 2) that administrator's immediate supervisor; and 3) the chair of the Promotion and Tenure Committee.
