The courses that comprise your specific graduate degree plan are designed to help you learn the "hard skills" needed for ministry success. "Hard skills" include the specific knowledge and abilities required for success in a particular vocational field. "Soft skills", on the other hand, refer to the cluster of personal qualities, habits, attitudes and social grace that simply make someone trustworthy and compatible.
