The Board of Directors is very interested in the collective wisdom and sentiment of the shareholders. In this regard we have prepared the following set of questions pertaining to the presentations and discussion at the strategic planning meeting. Your response is an important part of our planning and goals for 2013. Please complete this survey by Wednesday, December 12th.
