Dear Staff Member,
 I want to make Our center a great place for students AND staff. I know together we can do it if we work together as a team and set good goals and a good implementation plan.
 We have over doubled the number of kids in the last year and that's a good thing. However we haven't really put together a consistent plan to make our center world class.
 I value your input tremendously, so please fill out this survey and be totally honest. No matter what you say, I'm listening. I know the center can do better, and I know KELLY can do a lot better. Help me get their by telling me your true feelings about where I can improve.
