Pivot's Board is interested in learning more about staff thoughts and perspectives as they consider what is needed to successfully take advantage of new opportunities and transition to new leadership.

Please complete the following survey. While not required, this is a key opportunity for your voice to be heard in this process. Please be thoughtful about your answers - your knowledge and opinions are critical! The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Our goal is to complete the survey by Friday, November 1.

If you have any technical questions or issues, please contact Jesselle Miura.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
