Dear Students,
This is to inform you that the coop training 2016 will start this summer on June 5, 2016. The duration for the coop training will be 10 weeks working with a company and then 2 weeks additional for writing your final report and delivering your presentation in the college.
Students who have completed a minimum of 90 credit hours (including the current semester credit hours) are eligible to apply. The UOD IDs are attached. Please note that this does not include the preparation year credit hours.
Also, students in level-6 who meet this condition must take coop training this summer. They will not be allowed to delay it to next year.
In order to begin this process, please fill out the attached form. You are required to rate the area of interest listed in your order of preference.
The College of Computer Science and Information Technology will make its best effort to reach out to as many companies as possible.
If you on your end also would like to search for opportunities you are allowed to do so. However, those companies will have to provide work in the areas specified by the College. In addition, the coop committee will also have to approve of the work and the company.
The deadline to submit the form is one week from today.
