We are sending out another survey with a few questions we would like you to answer. Based on our last survey, it seems that some of you do not feel challenged. We would love for everyone to feel challenged and excited about their job, so we are asking a few questions that pertain to that.

It is our feeling that if some of you would like to change teams, this would have a positive effect as we slow down this winter.
