Hello: Welcome to the SADYDP Youth Database and Survey, based on the surveys developed by the SADYDP Youth Membership Programme. You are invited to participate in our survey of the membership in the South African Deaf Youth Development Project . In this survey, It will take approximately 10 to 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. It is very important for us to learn your details.

The South African Deaf Youth Development Project (SADYDP) is embarking on a campaign to create and maintain a database of its members. This information is crucial in that potential sponsors, DSD both at national and provincial levels as well as SADYDP wants to know the number of youth people in the country that we present. The database will be used as a tool to assist SADYDP to provide support to its member. This information will be handled in a professional capacity.
