By comparing CEM with Oracle form,

* a. History for each case is easier to view and track in CEM.
* b. Performance in CEM is better, for example the loading time.
* c. In CEM, the summary of cases in dashboard can help you to enhance the operation efficiency or process.
* d. Workflow in CEM is more transparent. The latest update of each case can be shown clearly in the system.
* e. CEM is a more comprehensive system as it combines all the forms from different parties in a single platform.
* f. CEM can serve as a common communication platform. The uses of email and telephone become less between different parties.
* g. CEM has more flexibility in role control. Users can choose the owner and the one to follow up.
* h. CEM is more flexible to use. It can be remoted accessed by VDI when out of office.
* i. CEM is more user-friendly.
