The following survey is directed towards the decision making process within ACS Australia, and the views that staff members have on the decision making process. It is being conducted by Andrew Beehag as part of a Change Management subject being undertaken as part of his MBA. The survey results will be used in a university project on decision making within the workplace, and will also be discussed with the Management Team as part of feedback on the choices in business process. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your survey responses will be anonymous and strictly confidential, and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
