The questions in this survey will prompt managers/staff to think about the key areas, which impact individual effectiveness and team performance. This valuable input will provide 3SIXTY with a tangible assessment on how effective the people practises currently impact staff att Executives level of team effectiveness in these areas.

As a result of gathering some meaningful data the 3SIXTY Senior Leadership team will have a collective view of how the team is currently functioning and would have identified the potential inhibitors which may block the desired progress towards building a High Performance Leadership team delivering sustainable sales success.

Other Considerations:
• Be honest with your input as all individual responses will remain totally confidential.
• The final report will be collated anonymously with no sources revealed and presented back to the group as part of the Executive meeting /conference scheduled for XXXX.
• This report will form the foundation for the SCA National Sales senior Leadership team to opportunity to openly discuss the information and action plan a strategy for improvement
