Text Tip Feedback

Thank you for taking part in Learning Ally's Student Text Tip pilot. The program was designed as a way to encourage and educate students using a platform many of them already use - texting. We intend to promote only the text option (not email) and have the texts coming from Dex@learningally so they are branded. We chose 'Remind' because it has double blind safety features built in to protect the students. It is used by many schools so our messages come into the same strand as those from their teachers - thus they receive a positive message in the middle of the texts about homework, due dates and test notifications. For those of you who joined after we started the pilot, we included motivational phrases, quotes from other students, tips for assistive technology use, humor and information on upcoming virtual events.
