Hiya.
We need some info from parents and carers of youngsters to help us take over the planet/create a business plan for The Place. This is one of a few surveys we'll be annoying people with over the next wee while and this one is particularly focused on what does and doesn't work when it comes to feeding and keeping entertained the rugrats without going insane. The Place will be truly child friendly, not just child tolerant. We want the kids to have fun and eat well, but equally we want mums, dads and carers to be able to relax and chill for a bit.  We're also aware the parents and carers of small people with additional needs might have some extra requirements and we want to meet as many of them as we can, so some bits of this survey are aimed at you guys. If something doesn't apply just leave it out, no worries.

Do you struggle to find enough affordable variety and nutritional content in the food provided for younglings?

Nah, it's no bother

It's there if you look, but I always check first

It can be tricky, yes

Stop with the bloody chicken nuggets!

I mean, does EVERYTHING need to be deep fat fried? Seriously, everything?

If your particular wee person has addition dietary requirements, how well as these catered for in the places you've been?

Not even remotely

I found one. ONE! It's miles away.

Not too bad, generally, I just check before we go.

Surprisingly well. People care. Who knew.

Some good, some awful. Always check first.

Not too bad, actually. People care, who knew.

Not really a problem. Stop creating issues where there are none!

If the light of your life uses eating aids like caring cutlery, plate-guards etc, do you have to take them with you?

Always

Sometimes, I check first.

Quite a lot of places are good with this, actually.

Do the 'child friendly' places you frequent provide adequate entertainment/distraction for the tinies?

Nope

Meh. There's some. Colouring in, mostly.

Broken toys that make a noise and mean they run about like demented ferrets. Very relaxing.

Not too shabby. Pretty good selection.

Wonderful. We keep trying to move in but they won't let us.

If your little person or people use a pram/buggy/mini-tank, would somewhere out of the way to park it be useful?

Nope, I love watching other people trip up

Sort of, but it's got all their bits in it

Well duh!

If you've taken the time to fill this in, you are as a god to us. Seriously, we appreciate it. We want to create a place where everyone is welcome, happy, safe, supported and well fed. There are going to be more of these, mainly because this one has reached the question limit for the free software. Be prepared!
