Dear friend of TLA,

At TLA, we continually strive to offer educators like you the most beneficial professional development experiences possible, from in-school coaching and workshops to annual literacy conferences. We were so happy to have you join us at our inaugural literacy conference in Stoneham, Mass. in 2012, and would love to include your voice as we plan our 2014 event. To that end, please take about 2 minutes to share your thoughts in the following survey. One lucky respondent will win his/her choice of:

3) A ticket to TLA's 2014 Literacy Conference (valued between $125-$150)

As you may be aware, TLA's 2013 literacy conference was held on May 4, 2013 in Tyngsborough, Mass. Below are several reasons why someone may not have attended the 2013 TLA Literacy Conference. For each, please indicate whether it was a factor in your decision.
YES, this was a factor in my decision not to attend the 2013 conference. NO, this was NOT a factor in my decision not to attend the 2013 conference.
* My school would not subsidize my registration fee.
* I did not want to travel to Tyngsborough.
* I do not know, or was not interested in, the keynote speaker (Connie Jacquays).
* I had a prior commitment on the date (May 4, 2013).
* I did not receive enough reminders to register before the deadline.
* The 2013 conference didn't have enough workshop offerings for my particular grade level.
* The 2013 conference's workshop offerings were too basic for my skill level.
* Because the 2012 conference did not meet my expectations, I did not consider attending the 2013 conference.
