Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Parental Involvement: Our kindergarten is a community based, not for profit centre. We rely heavily on parental involvement to assist in various aspects of running a successful kindergarten. The Management Committee consists entirely of volunteer parents who oversee staff recruitment, payment and conditions, liaise with local and state government departments for funding and licensing, determine policies, organise fundraising, working bees and maintainance. Parents are also encouraged to get involved by attending working bees and rostered duty. It is a great way to have informal parent/teacher discussion.
