Service Description:
The CCIB DNA Core is planning to launch a cost-effective high-throughput approach for complete plasmid validation using Next-Generation sequencing technology. We are currently in the process of automating and further optimizing our protocols and will be entering the pre-launch/beta-testing phase soon.

Features of this new service include:
- No primers required
- No reference sequence required
- Cost-effective high-throughput sequencing
- High sequencing coverage
- Generation of full plasmid sequence, incl. assembly
- Reasonable turnaround time
