You are invited to complete this questionnaire on Influencing Styles. It will take approximately 15-20minutes to complete the questionnaire.

About the Influencing Styles Questionnaire
The Influence Style Questionnaire (ISQ) is based on The Situational Influence Model which organizes influence behaviours into different styles or categories of influence.  The instrument will give you specific information about how often you use these Styles and Behaviours and the results will also indicate if you tend to use some of the Influence Styles more than others.

Mindset while responding
While responding to the questionnaire, it is important that you remind yourself that the ISQ is not a test, it is an indicator. As such there are no right or wrong answers and no results are better than others. The ISQ does not assess mental or emotional health and/or resilience but instead looks as the way people would behave in influencing situations. It does not reflect competence. As the results will be primarily used by you to further enhance your influence and impact across various situations, please answer the questions as openly and accurately as you possibly can.

The mindset with which you respond to the questions also influences responses and impacts the effective and practical use of your ISQ results. While responding to the questionnaire, please focus on your “work-self” and not your “home-self” or“ideal-self”. There are no expectations. No answer is better than another. Just report as accurately as you can, based on your current and past work behaviours so that the resulting report is of maximum benefit to you.

Confidentiality
Your responses will be strictly confidential and individual data will not be shared back with anyone else. You will receive an individual report based on your responses.

Please complete the questionnaire by 8th May 2015. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the process, please contact Ruchika Koul at [email protected] or Deborah Peterson at [email protected].
