Thank you for taking this survey. This survey is to help me become better at what I do. Please be honest with your answers. I am not looking for inflated answers to help my self-esteem. I truly need your input for me to reflect on what I did this year so I can improve.

I also would like your honest feedback on other questions to help me move forward in my career. I am looking at becoming a principal and would love your input on what staff members need out of their principal.

* Not Being a Friend to the students.
* Make sure staff and students feel safe.
* Provide Feedback (Constructive Criticism).
* Keep the teacher in the loop on what happens (consequences, etc.).
* When you hear conflicting stories from the student and the staff member, respect the staff enough to believe what they say.

Thank you so much for taking this survey. I really appreciate it. I have truly loved working here and have learned a lot about myself and who I want to be as an administrator. There is a reason that this school is a 5 star school; this staff is amazing!. I wish the students understood how privileged they are to be able to come to school here.
