Thank you for participating in my thesis research by taking this online survey! In this research I hope to find patterns as to why young adults choose to remain a part of the church, or not. I believe that, with your help, there can be great strides made in ministry with young adults in the church. Also, my hope is that taking the survey will be an opportunity for you to reflect on your experience in the church. The survey will probably take 15-30 minutes to complete. Before we can begin, please review what you need to know about my research to consent to it, and check the box if you are comfortable participating in it.
God bless, Martha Korienek [email protected]
