My name is Mark Cummins and I am senior pastor at Zion Baptist Church in Northwestern PA. You are invited to participate in our Church Worship Style Survey. In this survey, approximately 100 pastors will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about how their church conducts its worship services. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
